Payment methods for your Bell Internet bill

Paying by credit card or pre-authorized payment

When you sign up for your Bell Internet service, you can choose to pay by credit card or pre-authorized payment:

  • Pre-Authorized Payment – Monthly charges will be deducted from your chequing account 10 to 15 days following your billing date.
  • Credit Card – Monthly charges will appear on your credit card statement within three or four days after the start of your billing cycle.

To view your statement online, go to My Internet (under “See my bill”)—three to four days after your billing date.

You can take care of any outstanding balances by making a one-time credit card payment to your account. Any outstanding balances will be charged on your next bill date, including a 2% late payment fee. Get all the details right now.

You will need to contact Bell Customer Service at 1-866-355-1755 to pay your bill if there are three or more failed payment attempts.

For more payment options, sign up now for One Bill and have all your Bell services invoiced together on a single bill.

When you receive One Bill, you can make payments any way you want—via credit card, pre-authorized debit and your bank—for all your Bell services.

Keep your payment information up-to-date

Your Bell Internet service could be suspended if your banking or credit card information is incorrect or out-of-date.

Please verify and update your payment information in the following cases

  • You have a new bank account number or new payment option.
  • You think your credit card expired or is about to expire
  • You have a new expiry date or card number

To update your payment information, just follow these three easy steps:

  1. Log in to My Internet.
  2. Click on “Change my payment information” in the “Billing & Usage” section.
  3. Follow the simple instructions to update your payment information.

You can also chat with a “live” Bell customer service agent or contact us to change your payment information.

Note: If you do not have a bell.ca username and password, please fill out a Pre-authorized payment authorization form.
