How to register for self-serve
Register for online self-serve to access the My Internet page where you can:
- Check your bill
- Manage your email addresses
- Monitor your usage and much more
To access the My Internet page, you need to have a bell.ca profile. If you do not have one, you need to go through the following one-time registration process.
Step 1: Confirm your Bell Internet account
In the first step, enter your Bell Internet user ID (b1xxxx##) and access password at bell.ca/mybellregistration to validate your account. This information is available on page 1 of your user guide.

If you lost or forgotten your Bell Internet account information, you can chat live with a customer service representative to get help.
Step 2: Verify that you already have a bell.ca profile
If you have previously logged into bell.ca to check your bills for your other Bell services (Mobility, Home phone or TV), then you already have a bell.ca profile. Click Yes to log in using your existing bell.ca username and password.
If you have never logged into bell.ca, click on No, I need to create a new My Bell profile and then click the Continue button.

Step 3: Create a bell.ca profile
Complete the form to create a bell.ca profile. Please note that you can choose your own username as long as no one else is using it. The email address displayed is the one we currently have on file to contact you. It is important that we have an accurate email as we use it to notify you about your bill.

Step 4: Finish the registration
Click on the Manage your Internet service button. This will take you to the My Internet page.
